Claim Process

To begin your insurance claim, please provide the following:

  1. Photos of the damaged vehicle – Email clear images from multiple angles.
  2. A copy of the police report – Email a scanned or photographed copy.
  3. Deductible payment – Call to pay the $500 deductible.

General Information

  • Claims must be filed within 30 days of the accident date.
  • CPP payments must not be more than 14 days past due at the time of the accident.
  • Your car payment must be paid throughout the repair process.
  • The claim covers only damages from the initial collision. Any additional damage caused by continued use of the vehicle is the customer's responsibility.
  • If we are towing your vehicle, please remember to remove all personal items and leave the key inside prior to the scheduled pickup.

Rental Information

  • First come, first served—we cannot guarantee a rental will be available.
  • You must provide:
    • Proof of liability insurance
    • A copy of your driver’s license
  • A $30 payment is due upon pickup of the rental car, covering the first three days.
  • A $10 per day charge after the initial three days, payable at the time of rental return.
  • Rental drivers must be included in the rental contract
  • Rental contracts are valid for a maximum of 30 days
